1. Provider & service
The provider is menzemedia.de GmbH. Cryptoalerting is a tool that lets users receive notifications about cryptocurrencies (e.g. prices, percentage moves, new listings, all-time highs) via push, email, Telegram and SMS.
2. Not financial advice
Cryptoalerting is purely an information and notification tool and does not constitute investment, tax or financial advice. Market data is sourced from third parties; we make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or the timely delivery of alerts. You make trading decisions at your own responsibility.
3. Account & plans
Basic use is free. Paid plans are billed via Apple, Google or Stripe; the respective payment provider’s terms also apply. You can delete your account yourself at any time.
4. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under applicable product-liability law. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for lost trading profits or damages arising from alerts that are not delivered, delivered late, or delivered incorrectly.
5. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
