Data we process
Account data (email, hashed password), your alert configuration (coins, thresholds, channels), and optionally a phone number (for SMS), a Telegram chat ID (for Telegram) and a push token (for app notifications). Payments for paid plans are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe; we never store card data.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data to provide the service (creating and delivering your alerts) under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). SMS notifications are sent only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processors
We use carefully selected providers: Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Brevo (email and SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), Expo (push notifications) and Apple/Google (in-app purchases). Data processing agreements and the required safeguards are in place.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself at any time, after which your personal data is removed. Invoices are retained by our payment provider for the legally required periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to withdraw consent. Access (export) and deletion are available directly in the app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
